Originally from Bassano Del Grappa, Enrico started his career under the famous Italian pizza chef Valerio Valle at Compagnia della Pizza before arriving in Australia in 2010. Since then has trained with and taught the best pizza chefs in the world.
Enrico has spent time teaching and cooking in Sydney’s best Italian restaurants, opened a successful pizzeria of his own and recently moved to Adelaide.
